This incredible project started with a kernel of an idea which was adopted and nurtured by Piers Islander Brent Schorr and the Victoria Master Gardner Association, with input directly from FireSmart. We can't wait to see the finished presentation on August 13th. Communities like Piers Island in the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) all have the same problems. It's exciting that a group like VMGA has taken the challenge and is geared up to present this to their group in the future.
