Ember Alert

A community approach to quick action & access to fire extinguishers everywhere on the island.  By equipping each working golf cart on the Island with a fire extinguisher for use year round and the extra protection of portable fire pump cans during summer months, we will increase the chance of quickly dousing any sparks/embers as quickly as they are discovered.

Stop it at the ember stage!

Golf Cart Mobilized Portable Pump Teams
-PIVFD now has on standby an equipped "kit" - each kit containing portable pump/hose/fuel/life jackets - ready for immediate transport to designated docks identified by Incident Command.  The Pump Team is currently comprised of PIVFD members.

In the future...
GC Teams would train with PIVFD but specialize their training to the implementation of dock attacks using their own pumps.

You don't need to be fancy to be a great help! :)

EMBER ALERT ON BOARD
